After a good nights sleep it was time to test out celeste (my bike). After a quick breakfast on the balcony I set off on a local 25 mile loop I knew from my previous trips here.perfect weather warm not hot with a cooling breeze which hadn't yet decided to grow up into a full on headwind!

My saddle was playing up, the sestpost kept turning. I tried all I knew to fix it but gave up and just decided to ride as it was. I got as far as iskelle and then it dawned on.me, I had fitted the sestpost clamp like only a true numpty could. So I pulled over and retorted it correctly whilst providing endless giggle fodder for a group of young ladies in the cafe . Clearly the ladies here suffer from a serious condition known as lackylycra, an illness brought on by lack of exposure to lycra clad cycle gods ha ha!

Oooh give me a baaad woman and a beach like this lol!
