Sauna, swim, dinner bed

After this mornings ride it was time to test out the pool and jacuzzi..both of which I can report work great. The pool is cold but perfect for jumping in after a sauna.  I recieved some bad news today...Deep purple are playing a free concert here in may..just a few days after I get back to the uk..am very.tempted to miss the return flight!
Tomorrow I'm tempted to head to the beach after my morning ride, but ill make it up as I go along. Tonight I'm with good friends in a nice place in cycling paradise. The roads here are perfect, well surfaced, and void of cars.

Dinner tonight, truely mindblowing chile pasta!
